From Grieving to Grounding & Beyond
Transitions come in many forms—big ones and quiet ones.
Education, career, relationships, identity.
Physical, emotional, spiritual.
Endings and beginnings that don’t always announce themselves.
As someone who has experienced nearly every type of loss, grounding my grief was not enough.
I found that I wanted more than grounding.
I wanted joy.
Loss is a bardo—a space between what was and what is becoming.
In this guided experience, we move through that threshold together.
Holding on while letting go.
Waving goodbye.
Saying hello.
Through breath, body, ritual, and the living intelligence of nature, we invite support from the elements—earth, water, fire, air, and space—each offering their own kind of magic.
Come with me to hear songs in the water.
We’ll catch the scent of poetry in the wind.
Land loves story. Let’s tell ours together.
We’ll shine for fire and dance through space.
This is a blessing for transitions—
a remembering that joy, too, is allowed.
